I really enjoyed this process. It was nice to get away from the usual drawing and painting. We began by taking a picture and putting it in photoshop. We used an effect to seperate the colors. We then put the pictures on a projector and traced the image on to poster paper. We cut out each color as a stencil and spray painted it on to cardboard. The hardest part of this project was figuring out what to cut. It was hard to decide which parts to cut out and not to cut out. As you can see I messed up the eyes and the hairline because I made a mistake when cutting out the black stencill. I really enjoyed this project.
