We started out just drawing the prints on paper. The original pictures were the size of a sheet of paper but we had to key in on a section of it to use on the print. We then transfered the prints to the linoleum and carved them out. We used ink and a brayer to roll out the prints on colored paper. I think the most challenging part of this process was carving the design into the linoleum. It was hard to figure out what would be printed and what would not. I learned that neatness is key and to think everything out before you do it.
